But their night takes a bizarre turn when Frank receives a hallucinogen that completely changes his perception of the world and takes him on a psychedelic journey through council meetings, nightclubs, shootings and other dimensions. As Frank walks between reality and fantasy, he decides to find the missing girl, himself and his wallet.
